A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

Rhythm game made in two week with an accompanying animation. Use arrow keys or WASD to match the pattern. Tip: Press the key before the note hits the bar.

Install instructions

Don't forget to unzip files. Files are downloaded in a compressed state!

Windows:

  1. When downloading from chrome, use "keep" option (dropdown beside "downloaded may be dangerous")
  2. When downloaded, go to file in file explorer
  3. Right click file and select option to "extract all"
  4. Once extracted, double click music note (app) to play!

Mac

  1. When downloading from chrome, use "keep" option (dropdown beside "downloaded may be dangerous")
  2. Open in Finder, double click to extract file
  3. Try to run music note app, error will happen
  4. Go to System Preference -> Security and Privacy -> General
  5. At the bottom, it will give you option to run the program, after "unlocking changes" first.

Note: Macs with new M1 chip must use Rosetta to run game

Dev Note: There is a known bug where the last 4 notes can't be played. Unfortunately, we couldn't fix this in time, but rest assured, this doesn't affect your score.
